John Lavery has announced his retirement as equipment manager of the Australian men’s under-20 national team after 18 years. Between 2005 and 2023 Lavery served as the team’s equipment manager at fifteen World U20 Championships. In addition, he held the same role with the Australian men’s national team at the World Championships on three occasions between 2010 and 2012.
