The Sydney Bears have removed Canadian defenceman Shawn Rooke from their roster after five games with the club this season. Rooke, who had returned to the club for his second season, recorded three assists and two penalty minutes between 6 April and 18 May. He is the second import to be delisted by the Bears in 2024 after Samuli Vainionpää was removed from their roster at the start of May.
