The Melbourne Ducks have appointed Stephen Belic to the position of assistant coach ahead of their upcoming 2024–25 induction season which will see them compete in six exhibition games against teams from the Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League. Belic is currently one of the assistant coaches with the Melbourne Mustangs in the Australian Ice Hockey League and is the former head coach of the Victorian state 15 & under team.
