The final day of the 2024 Stephanie Boxall National Women’s Championship has finished with Queensland defeating South Australia 5–1 to claim the gold medal. Queensland had advanced to the gold medal game following their semifinal win against the Australian Capital Territory yesterday while South Australia had qualified after defeating New South Wales in their semifinal. In the bronze medal game, the Australian Capital Territory defeated New South Wales 2–0.
Queensland’s Courtney Mahoney finished as the tournament’s top scorer with eleven points from seven games. Queensland also led in the goaltending with Imogen Perry posting a 0.958 save percentage and 0.67 goals against average.
