Round 23 of the 2024 East Coast Super League regular season has finished with the Sydney Heat defeating the Reach Rebels 3–0 at Macquarie Ice Rink. At the end of the round the standings remain unchanged with the Sydney Bombers in first, eighteen points ahead of the second placed Polyflor Raptors. Competition resumes on 28 September with the Polyflor Raptors hosting the Newcastle Northstars and the Sydney Heat taking on the Sydney Bombers, with both games being held at Macquarie. Then on 29 September the Newcastle Northstars host the Reach Rebels in Newcastle.
