The Melbourne Ice have announced the re-signing of forward Ellesse Carini for the 2025 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Carini played 22 games for the Ice in 2024, scoring seven goals and thirteen assists. Since making his league debit in 2015, he has competed in 150 AIHL games and recorded 64 points.
