Ice Hockey Western Australia have named the head coaches for four of the upcoming national championships. Darren Couch takes on the role for the State 13 & under team, replacing Paul Graham and stepping up from his position of assistant coach in 2025. Barry Jones replaces John Kennedy as head coach of the State 15 & under team. Graham Hyde takes on the role for the State 18 & under team, a position he previously held in 2022 and 2023, and replaces Thomas Boschman who led the team in 2024 and 2025. Finally, Cristina Tollefsen will lead the State women’s team, replacing Donald MacDonald.
