The organisers have announced the player and team awards for the 2026 Kurt Defris National Championship following the tournaments conclusion on 15 July.

Individual awards

• AIHL Best and Fairest: Jaden Zhao (WA)
• Best Defender: Dmitrii Kochergin (VIC)
• Best Goaltender: Xavier Hale (QLD) and Sophie Wandel (ACT/SA)
• Top Points Scorer: Dmitrii Kochergin (VIC) and Jaden Zhao (WA) – 10 points*

Most valuable player of each team

• ACT/South Australia: Caz Hanin
• New South Wales: Quentin Ng
• Queensland: Emmet Cunningham
• Victoria: Ryan Wang
• Western Australia: Jaden Zhao

Team awards

• Fair Play Trophy for Least Penalties: Western Australia
