The Newcastle Northstars have announced that Kevin Noble has re-signed as head coach for the upcoming 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Under Noble the team ended the 2022 season with a second placed finish in the regular season and were runners-up in the Goodall Cup playoffs after losing to the CBR Brave in the Final.
