- The Brave have announced the signing of Canberra Toyota as their vehicle sponsor for the upcoming 2016 season. Canberra Toyota will supply vehicles to help the team get around during the season.

- The Ice Dogs have announced the signing of defenceman Paul Swindlehurst for the upcoming 2016 season. Swindlehurst has spent the last three seasons playing in the Elite Ice Hockey League, most recently on loan to the Manchester Storm and has been a member of the Great Britain national team since 2014.
