Brave sign Climie

The CBR Brave have announced the signing of Canadian goaltender Matt Climie for the 2019 season. Climie started his 2018-19 season playinf for HC TWK Innsbruck in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga where he posted a 0.771 save percentage from three games. He then left Innsbruck and signed with the Sheffield Steelers of the Elite Ice Hockey League where he played eleven games and recorded a 0.896 save percentage before being released. After being released from the Steelers Climie joined HDD Jesenice of the Alps Hockey League. Playing seven games in their regular season Climie posted a 0.926 save percentage before advancing to playoffs where he recorded a 0.956 save percentage from eleven games. Mustangs sign Fullerton and Isackson

The Melbourne Mustangs have announced the signing of goaltender Travis Fullerton and forward Christian Isackson for the upcoming 2019 season. Fullerton has spent the 2018-19 season playing for the Guildford Flames in the Elite Ice Hockey League where he currently has a 0.908 save percentage from 22 games. Isackson started the 2018-19 season playing for the Wheeling Nailers in the ECHL before being released after one game.

In other news the Mustangs have signed on Isuzu Australia as a sponsor for the 2019 season.

Ice Dogs sign Paul and Tim Crowder

The Sydney Ice Dogs have announced the signing of Canadian forwards Paul Crowder and Tim Crowder. The two brothers have been playing the 2018-19 season in the Elite Ice Hockey League with Paul currently signed with Fife Flyers and Tim with Coventry Blaze. Melbourne Ice
– Goaltender Jaden Pine-Murphy has left the club after six seasons. Pine-Murphy played backup to Michael James during the first few rounds of the 2018 season and received only 20 minutes in the Ice’s season opener against the Adelaide Adrenaline. Michael Breedveld replaces Pine-Murphy as the backup goaltender while the Ice wait for James Downie to arrive from the United States.
