Amelia Matheson to be inducted into the Hunter Region Sporting Hall of Fame

Amelia Matheson has been named as one of the inductees for the 2024 intake of the Hunter Region Sporting Hall of Fame. Matheson, who is currently an assistant coach for the Newcastle Northstars and a former member of the Australian women’s national team and the Sydney Sirens, will become the first ice hockey player to be represented.
