Sydney Sirens forward Kayla Franchesca has been selected to compete for the Philippine Eagles at the 2024 Union Ice Hockey Tournament in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates from 5 October to 12 October. Playing in Division A of the Women’s tournament, the Philippine Eagles will take on Aldhabi and the Shaheen Falcons from the United Arab Emirates, IceBox from Iran, the Ladakh Women Ice Hockey Foundation from India, and Wosk 1147 from Russia.
