The Melbourne Ice have announced the re-signing of defenceman Nathan Cachia for the 2025 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Cachia played 27 games for Melbourne in 2024, scoring two goals and eight assists. Since making his league debut in 2018, he has competed in 120 AIHL games and recorded 25 points.
