Team USA wins the 2014 Douglas Webber Cup

Team USA have won the fifth and final game of the 2014 International Ice Hockey Australia Tour, defeating Team Canada 5 – 4 in overtime at the Allphones Arena in Sydney. Team USA finished the series with three wins to Team Canada’s two, winning the 2014 Douglas Webber Cup.

Team USA Level Series with Second Win

Team USA have won the fourth game of the 2014 International Ice Hockey Australia Tour defeating Team Canada 7 – 4 at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. The teams now head to Sydney for game five today at the Allphones Arena to decide the winner of the 2014 Douglas Webber Cup.

Team USA claw one back with shootout win

Team USA have won the third game of the 2014 International Ice Hockey Australian Tour defeating Team Canada 4 – 3 in a shootout at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. The teams now head to Melbourne for game four on 25th of July at the Rod Laver Arena.

Team Canada Go Two Up in the 2014 International Ice Hockey Australian Tour

Team Canada has won the second game of the 2014 International Ice Hockey Australian Tour defeating Team USA 6-1. Game two of the five game series was held at the Perth Arena in front of a sell out crowd. Canada currently leads the series 2 – 0. The teams now head to Brisbane for Game three which is set for 19 July at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.

Team Canada defeats Team USA in Game One

Team Canada has won the opening game of the 2014 International Ice Hockey Australian Tour defeating Team USA 9-6. Game One of the exhibition series was held at the Perth Arena yesterday with Game Two to take place today also at the Perth Arena. The two teams are competing for the Douglas Webber Cup and will play a total of five games in Australia.
