2018 ECSL season: Round 3

Round 3 of the 2018 East Coast Super League season has finished with wins for the Sydney Sting and Penrith Raptors while the Newcastle North Stars and Reach Rebels played out a three-all draw. The Sting remain on top of the standings, two points clear of the second placed Raptors. Next week the Rebels host the Nudo Bombers in Penrith and the Sting take on the Raptors.

2018 ECSL season: Round 2

Round 2 of the 2018 East Coast Super League season has finished with wins for the Sydney Sting and Penrith Raptors. The Sting move to the top of the standings, two points clear of the second placed Nudo Bombers. Next week all five teams are in action across three games.

2018 ECSL season: Round 1

Round 1 of the 2018 East Coast Super League season has finished with wins for the Nudo Bombers, Sydney Sting and Newcastle North Stars. The North Stars finish the first round on top of the standings, equal on point with the Sting and Bombers. Competition resumes on 7 April with the North Stars hosting the Sting and the Rebels take on the Raptors in Canterbury.

In a change during the off-season the Blueline Bombers have been renamed the Nudo Bombers following a sponsorship change. The club however has yet to make an official announcement.

2018 ECSL Draft

The league has completed their 2018 Draft with 21 players picked up across four teams. The Blueline Bombers picked up the most with seven players, the Sydney Sting and Reach Rebels picked up five each and the Penrith Raptors four. For the results of the draft see the announcement by the league

In other news the ECSL reiterated their plans on expanding into Canberra however it is still unclear when this will happen.
