2017 AIHL All-Star Weekend: All-Star Game

The 2017 AIHL All-Star Weekend has finished with Team Webster defeating Team Bourke 14-7 in the All-Star Game at the O’Brien Group Arena. The game was structured with a 5-on-5 first period, a 4-on-4 second period and a 3-on-3 third period. At the end of the first period the scores were locked at three-all. Team Webster held the lead for the remainder of the game ending the second period 8-4 and finishing the game up 14-7. The CBR Brave’s Dominic Jalbert claimed the Mick McCormack Cup after being named the most valuable player.

CBR Brave
– The Brave have signed Canadian defenceman Dominic Jalbert for the upcoming 2017 season. Jalbert has spent the 2016-17 season playing for Pionniers De Chamonix-Morzine of the Ligue Magnus where he recorded 29 points in 44 games. 2016-17 was Jalbert’s third season in the Ligue Magnus and has previously played in the Ligue Nord-Américaine de Hockey and the ECHL.
