– The Ice have announced that Dylan Anderson has left the club due to personal reasons and will not play in the remainder of the 2018 season. For more information see the announcement from the club

Sydney Ice Dogs
– The Ice Dogs will hold their third annual Matt Clark Memorial Shield Game on 4 August against the CBR Brave. The game is dedicated to former Bombers player Matt Clark who passed away due to Leukaemia in 1995. The club will use the event to help raise funds for Leukaemia Research. The Ice Dogs won the 2017 edition, defeating the Perth Thunder 5-3.

– The Ice have announced the signing of Canadian forward Dylan Anderson for the 2018 season. Anderson has spent the 2017-18 season playing for the Edinburgh Capitals of the Elite Ice Hockey League where he currently has 40 points from 44 games. For more information see the announcement from the club
