The CBR Brave have announced the signing of Canadian goaltender Matt Climie for the 2019 season. Climie started his 2018-19 season playinf for HC TWK Innsbruck in the Erste Bank Eishockey Liga where he posted a 0.771 save percentage from three games. He then left Innsbruck and signed with the Sheffield Steelers of the Elite Ice Hockey League where he played eleven games and recorded a 0.896 save percentage before being released. After being released from the Steelers Climie joined HDD Jesenice of the Alps Hockey League. Playing seven games in their regular season Climie posted a 0.926 save percentage before advancing to playoffs where he recorded a 0.956 save percentage from eleven games. – The Mustangs have announced the signing of Slovenian forward David Sefic for the upcoming 2016 season. Sefic spent the 2015-16 season playing for HDD Jesenice in the Inter-National League and Slovenian Championship and HK Crvena Zvezda of the Serbian League. – The Thunder have signed Canadian forward Jessyko Bernard as their final import for the 2016 season. Bernard has just finished his fourth season with Concordia University of the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) system. Prior to playing in the CIS Bernard spent four seasons playing in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League from 2008 to 2012. For more information see the announcement from the club.
– The Bears have announced the signing of Canadian forward Brent Vandenberg for the 2016 season. Vandenberg spent the 2015-16 season playing for Dundas Real McCoys in the Allan Cup Hockey league and during the 2014 season played for the the Canterbury Red Devils in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League.
