Ice sign Stahlhuth

The Melbourne Ice have announced the signing American defenceman Thomas Stahlhuth as a replacement for the injured Jesse Schwartz. Stahlhuth spent his 2018-19 season playing for Colby College in the NCAA’s Division III system where he picked up 14 points from 24 games. Schwartz is expected to leave the club this week due to an on-going knee injury. For more information see the announcement from the club.

Bears sign Moquin

The Sydney Bears have announced the signing of American forward Chris Moquin for the remainder of the 2019 season. Moquin spent the 2018-19 season playing for Southern New Hampshire University in the NCAA’s Division III system where he recorded 21 points in 27 games. Bears sign Ratcliffe

The Sydney Bears have announced the signing of New Zealand forward Jacob Ratcliffe for the 2019 season. Ratcliffe has spent the 2018-19 season playing for Westfield State University in the NCAA Division III competition where he currently has 22 points from 26 games. Perth Inferno
– The Inferno have announced the signing of American forward Courtney Moulton for the upcoming 2018-19 season. Moulton played three seasons for Salve Regina University in NCAA Division III between 2014 and 2017. For more information see the announcement from the club.

Melbourne Mustangs
– The Mustangs have announced the signing of defender Mark Higgins for the 2016 season. Higgins last played played for Saint Michael’s College in the NCAA’s New England Hockey Conference during the 2014-15 season where he recorded 13 points in 26 games. Higgins played for Saint Michael’s College from 2011 to 2015 and prior to that played for the Bridgewater Bandits in the Eastern Junior Hockey League. Tobin and Newmark to play in NCAA Division III

Perth Thunder’s Shaun Tobin has joined the College of St. Scholastica‘s ice hockey team to compete in the NCAA Division III‘s Northern Collegiate Hockey Association. Also relocating to the United States is Tim Newmark who played for the Sydney Bears in 2014 AIHL season. Newmark has joined Framingham State University‘s ice hockey team to compete in the NCAA Division III’s Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference.
