The Australian national team have lost their last game of the 2015 IIHF World Championship Division II Group A tournament, losing to Belgium 4-10. Cameron Todd was named best Australian player of the match and Adam Geric was awarded best Australian player of the tournament. In other games of the day Spain defeated Serbia 4-3 in a shootout and Romania beat Iceland 3-2 in overtime. Australia finish the tournament in last place and are relegated to Division II Group B for 2016, while Romania finished in first place and are promoted back to Division I Group B.
