Australian Women defeat Czech Women’s League Selects

The Australian women’s national team have won their exhibition game 4-3 following a shootout against a select team from the Czech Republic Women’s Ice Hockey League. The game is being held as part of the teams training camp in Prague, Czech Republic before the start of the 2016 IIHF Ice Hockey Women’s World Championship Division II Group B tournament in Jaca, Spain which begins on 29 February. The game winning goal was scored by Kristelle Vanderwolf.
