Round 2 of the 2016-17 Australian Women’s Ice Hockey League season has finished with the Melbourne Ice defeating the Adelaide Rush in both games at the Adelaide Ice Arena. Following their wins the Ice move to the top of the standings, three points clear of the second placed Sirens. Competition resumes in two weeks with the Brisbane Goannas hosting the Sydney Sirens on 26 and 27 November at Iceworld Boondall.
