Round 3 of the 2016-17 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League season has finished with the Sydney Sabres defeating the Sydney Wolf Pack at the Penrith Ice Palace. The game, which is classed as an exhibition game, results in no change to the Brisbane/Sydney Conference standings. The two Sydney teams will battle it out again in an exhibition double header at the Penrith Ice Palace on 11 and 12 February.
