The league has completed their 2017 Draft with 31 players picked up across four teams. The Penrith Raptors and Sydney Sting picked up the most with ten players each, while the Blueline Bombers picked up six and the Reach Rebels five. For the results of the draft see the announcement by the league.
In other news the ECSL announced that they are still pushing to expand into Canberra however it is unclear when this will happen.
