2017 ECSL season: Round 20

Round 20 of the 2017 East Coast Super League has finished with wins for the Sydney Sting, Blueline Bombers and Penrith Raptors. The Sting remain on top of the standings, eight points clear of the second placed Raptors. Next week the Raptors host the North Stars in Penrith and the Rebels take on the Bombers.

2017 ECSL season: Round 19

Round 19 of the 2017 East Coast Super League has finished with wins for the Penrith Raptors and Newcastle North Stars. The Sting remain on top of the standings, eight points ahead of the second placed Raptors. Next week the ECSL are holding their 2017 All Star Charity Game at the Penrith Ice Palace. Regular season competition resumes on 12 August.

ECSL news: 8 July 2017

League
– The 2017 ECSL All Star Charity Game will be held on 5 August at the Penrith Ice Palace with proceeds this year being donated to the Cure Cancer Australia Foundation.

Blueline Bombers
– The Bombers have announced that starting goaltender Alan Becken is out for the remainder of the season due to a shoulder injury that will require surgery. Becken will take on some management and coaching roles while out with injury. He will be replaced by Ignacy Ethan Benjamin who spent the 2016-17 season playing for the Sydney Wolf Pack in the Australian Junior Ice Hockey League. Round 14 of the 2017 East Coast Super League season has finished with wins for the Sydney Sting and Penrith Raptors. The Sting remain on top of the standings, nine points clear of the second placed North Stars. Next week the Sting host the North Stars at the Penrith Ice Palace in the only game of the round.

Round 13 of the 2017 East Coast Super League season has finished with the Blueline Bombers and Newcastle North Stars playing out a four-all draw. The match between the Sydney Sting and Penrith Raptors was cancelled and it is currently unclear as to whether the match will be rescheduled. Next week the Rebels host the Sting and the Raptors take on the Bombers with both games being held at the Penrith Ice Palace.
