- The 2017 ECSL All Star Charity Game will be held on 5 August at the Penrith Ice Palace with proceeds this year being donated to the Cure Cancer Australia Foundation.
Blueline Bombers
- The Bombers have announced that starting goaltender Alan Becken is out for the remainder of the season due to a shoulder injury that will require surgery. Becken will take on some management and coaching roles while out with injury. He will be replaced by Ignacy Ethan Benjamin who spent the 2016-17 season playing for the Sydney Wolf Pack in the Australian Junior Ice Hockey League.
