The Australian Women’s national under-18 team have lost to Denmark 1-9 in their fourth game of the 2018 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 Women’s World Championship Division I Group B tournament. Forward Emily Davis-Tope was named best Australian player of the game. In other games of the day France defeated Poland 3-1 and China beat Great Britain 4-1. After four rounds Australia have dropped to last place in the standings, twelve points behind table leaders Denmark. Australia takes on China today in their final game of the tournament.
