Following his release from the Sydney Bears on 6 May it has been announced that Lachlan Fahmy has signed with the Sydney Ice Dogs for the remainder of the season. Fahmy played in sixteen games for the Bears from 2016 to 2019, recording one assist and ten penalties in minutes. The announcement was made by Ice Dogs’ head coach Andrew Petrie on Episode 5 2019 of the AIHL Podcast.
