The Sydney Bears and Sydney Ice Dogs will play an exhibition game, dubbed the 2020 Bushfire Battle Appeal, on 21 February at the Macquarie Ice Rink to help raise funds for the Bushfire Appeal. The proceeds will go to both the Red Cross and the Rural Fire Service. The Bears will also be auctioning off a their special edition Bushfire Battle Appeal jerseys on the night.
