The Sydney Sirens have won the 2020 Joan McKowen Memorial Trophy after defeating the Adelaide Rush 3-0 in the grand final. The Sirens advanced to the final after defeating the Perth Inferno 14-8 in the semifinals while the Rush progressed with a 4-2 win over the Melbourne Ice. The grand final win gives the Sirens their second Joan McKowen Memorial Trophy, having previously won in 2017.
