Defenceman Jason Ikin is currently in his fourth season with the Oxford City Stars. Playing in the National Ice Hockey League South 1 Ikin finished the 2019-20 season with zero points and six penalties in minutes from eight games. Ikin first joined the Stars in 2015 playing in their senior team and their under-20 team and prior to that had played two seasons with the Bracknell Stingers in the English under-16 competition and two with the Bracknell Drones in the under-18 competition.
During the 2018-19 Ikin played his first season out of England when he relocated to Canada to play in the Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League (GMHL). First lining for the Almaguin Spartans he played 27 games before moving to the Tottenham Steam to finish off the season.
