Casey Kubara recently completed his third season with Nazareth College. Playing in the NCAA’s Division III Kubara finished the 2019-20 season with 17 points from 28 games. Prior to joining Nazareth College in 2017 Kubara had spent three seasons playing junior hockey in the United States. From 2014 to 2016 he was part of the Atlanta Jr. Knights in the United States Premier Hockey League and from 2016 to 2017 he played for the Philadelphia Jr. Flyers in the Eastern Hockey League.
Locally Kubara has been a member of the AIHL’s CBR Brave since 2016 and previously played for the Sydney Ice Dogs. He is a former representative of the Australian under-18 and under-20 teams and a current member of the Australian men’s senior team. In the national championships Kubara has represented New South Wales on multiple occasions in the DeFris and Tange tournaments.
