Forward Thomas Steven recently completed his first season with Maryville University. Playing in the American Collegiate Hockey Association he finished the 2019-20 season with three points from eight games. Steven transferred to Maryville after three seasons with the Bellingham Blazers of the Western States Hockey League. Steven started playing overseas in 2011 and to date has played a total of three seasons in Canada and six in the United States.
Locally Steven is a member of the AIHL’s Sydney Bears and a former member of the Melbourne Mustangs. He is a former representative of the Australian under-18 and under-20 national teams playing in two World U18 Championships and one World U20 Championship from 2015 to 2018. In the national championships Steven has represented both Victoria and Western Australia on multiple occasions in the Ginsberg, DeFris and Tange tournaments.
