Ice Hockey Victoria have announced their withdrawal from all 2020 National Championship tournaments. Restrictions on mass gatherings and additional costs for players were quoted as the reasons for the decision. In addition they will no longer be hosting the 2020 Jim Brown Memorial Tournament which was scheduled for 15 to 18 October at the O’Brien Icehouse. Ice Hockey Australia is yet to announce an alternate host for the tournament.
