The CBR Brave have defeated the Sydney Ice Dogs 5-2 in game three of the 2021 McCormack Cup. After three games the Brave remain on top of the standings, nine points clear of both the Northstars and Sydney Ice Dogs. Competition resumes on 22 May with the Ice Dogs playing host to the Newcastle Northstars at Erina Ice Arena.
