The Sydney Ice Dogs have defeated the CBR Brave 5-2 in game five of the 2021 McCormack Cup. After five games the Brave remain at the top of the standings, six points clear of the second placed Northstars. Competition resumes on 29 May with the Northstars hosting the Ice Dogs at the Hunter Ice Skating Stadium.
