The Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) have announced that it will return for the 2022 season after its forced two year hiatus. The season is expected to begin in April and conclude with the Goodall Cup finals in September. The league has yet to release a schedule for the season though it announced that all eight teams will return so the format will likely remain unchanged.
