The Adelaide Avalanche has unveiled their new logo ahead of the 2022 PHL season. The Avalanche had initially adopted one of the logos of the original Adelaide Avalanche, which competed in the Australian Ice Hockey League from 2000 to 2008, when they launched at the start of February. The new logo draws similarities to that of the Vancouver Millionaires (later known as the Vancouver Maroons) which competed in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association and the Western Canada Hockey League between 1911 and 1926.
