2022 AIHL season: 22 May 2022

Day 9 of the 2022 Australian Ice Hockey League season sees wins for the Melbourne Ice and Newcastle Northstars. The CBR Brave remain on top of the standings, edging out the second placed Northstars on goal difference. Competition resumes on 28 May with the Sydney Bears hosting the Melbourne Ice and the Brisbane Lightning taking on the Melbourne Mustangs in an exhibition game.
