Day 3 of the 2022 Kurt Defris National Championship has finished with wins for New South Wales and Queensland. New South Wales finishes the preliminary round at the top of the standings and advances to the first semifinal against the fourth placed Queensland. Western Australia finishes the preliminary round in second and will take on the third placed Victoria in the second semifinal. South Australia finishes fifth and fails to advance to the playoffs.
