The Melbourne Mustangs have announced the re-signing of Canadian defenceman Ty Wishart ahead of the 2023 AIHL season. Wishart joined the Mustangs in 2022 where he recorded 38 points from 19 games and was named the leagues best defenceman. Wishart will also take on the role of Director of Hockey Operations for the club.
