The Sydney Bears have announced the re-signing of forward Thomas Moncrieff for the upcoming 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Moncrieff played 22 games for the Bears in 2022, scoring eight goals and nine assists. Since making his league debut in 2017 he has competed in 37 AIHL games and recorded 18 points. More recently Moncrieff joined the Sydney Sabres to play in the 2022–23 Australian Junior Ice Hockey League season and is currently competing in the East Coast Super League with the Polyflor Raptors.
