The Sydney Bears have announced the signing of forward Thomas Steven for the upcoming 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) season. Steven is currently playing for Kungälvs IK in the HockeyTvåan where he has eight points from 35 games. Since his last appearance for the Bears in 2019 Steven has also spent a season with Maryville University in the American Collegiate Hockey Association and a season with GSK Hockey in the HockeyTvåan. Making his debut in the AIHL in 2016 Steven has competed in 59 games and recorded 28 points.
