The Adelaide Adrenaline have added Canadian forward Brett Thompson to their roster for the remainder of the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League season. Thompson spent 2022–23 playing in the Capital Junior Hockey League for the Beaumont Chiefs where he recorded 24 goals and 19 assists from 47 games. Between 2017 and 2023 Thompson has competed in 140 games for Beaumont and had a brief one game stint with the New Sarepta Falcons of the Noralta Junior Hockey League.
