Round 14 of the 2023 East Coast Super League regular season has finished with the Sydney Bombers defeating the Reach Rebels 7–4, while the match between the Newcastle Northstars and Sydney Heat was postponed until 12 August. With their win the Sydney Bombers move into second on the standings, trailing the first placed Newcastle Northstars by three points. Competition resumes on 9 July with the Polyflor Raptors hosting the Sydney Heat in Liverpool.
