Day 34 of the 2023 Australian Ice Hockey League regular season has finished with the Melbourne Mustangs defeating the Melbourne Ice 11–4 at the O’Brien Icehouse. With their win the Melbourne Mustangs extend their lead at the top of the Hellyer Conference standings while the CBR Brave continue to lead the Rurak Conference. The Melbourne Mustangs also move into first place on the league’s combined standings, one point ahead of the now second placed CBR Brave. Competition resumes tomorrow with games in Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
