2023 Kurt Defris National Championship: 22 July results and standings

Day 3 of the 2023 Kurt Defris National Championship saw the completion of the preliminary round with wins for New South Wales and Victoria. Western Australia finished at the top of the standings and advanced to the semifinals against the fourth placed South Australia. New South Wales finished second and moved through to the semifinal against Victoria. Queensland finishes the preliminary round in fifth and fails to advance.

In the first semifinal Western Australia defeated South Australia 8–3 and in the second semifinal New South Wales beat Victoria 4–2. Competition resumes tomorrow with Western Australia taking on New South Wales in the gold medal game while South Australia and Victoria will play for bronze.
