Round 17 of the 2023 East Coast Super League regular season has finished with wins for the Newcastle Northstars and Reach Rebels. Following their win, the Newcastle Northstars move into first on the standings, one point clear of the now second placed Sydney Bombers. Competition resumes on 29 July with the Sydney Bombers hosting the Newcastle Northstars at Erina. Then on 30 July the Newcastle Northstars return to Erina to take on the Polyflor Raptors and the Reach Rebels host the Sydney Bombers in Liverpool.
