The East Coast Super League have named Reach Rebels’ goaltender Connor Dowell their Rookie of the Year for the 2023 season. Dowell competed in 18 games during the season, finishing with a save percentage of 0.828 and a goals against average of 3.52. In total he faced 349 shots on goal, saving 289 and recorded two shutouts.
